Job Summary

To manage and control the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and equipment, ensuring accurate inventory records and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive materials and equipment and verify them against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Organize and store items safely and systematically within the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system regularly.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with procurement and project departments.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • High School Certificate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in warehouse/store management.
  • Higher Diploma in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field Fresh graduates.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills.
