Job Summary
To manage and control the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and equipment, ensuring accurate inventory records and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive materials and equipment and verify them against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Organize and store items safely and systematically within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system regularly.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with procurement and project departments.
Experiences & Qualifications
- High School Certificate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in warehouse/store management.
- Higher Diploma in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field Fresh graduates.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
