Job Summary

to We are seeking a reliable and experienced Project Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all on-site activities are carried out efficiently, safely, on schedule, and in accordance with company standards and client requirements. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and reporting progress to upper management.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site activities to ensure work is completed on time and within scope
• Act as the main point of contact between site workers, subcontractors, and project management.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to local regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate scheduling and delivery of materials, equipment, and workforce.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Resolve issues or delays that may arise during project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, incidents, and labor reports.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to communicate progress and updates.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and plan.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Facilitate technical discussions to address client queries and ensure alignment on project solutions.
• Apply knowledge of the Energy & Gas industry, including pipelines, processing plants, and storage facilities, to project planning and execution.
• Ensure contingency plans are in place to address potential challenges.
• Provide regular progress updates and project reports to Management.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation.
• Lead and mentor project teams across various locations.

Experiences & Qualifications

• 5+ years of project supervision and management experience
• Solid understanding of project management and construction processes.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
• Valid driver’s license (if site travel is required).

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Knowledge of the Mechanical & Electrical principle and the methods and safety requirements applicable to the work.
• Knowledge and experience in data analysis for equipment selection
• High skills and knowledge of Computer & Designing programs.
• Good communication & motivational skills
• Good knowledge in safety
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
